義式洋蔥湯

洋蔥1顆
紅蘿蔔適量
高麗菜適量
馬鈴薯1顆
培根2片
罐頭蕃茄1罐
雞湯塊1塊
蒜頭4辦
醬油1/2匙
月桂葉2片
作法
1 準備好食材

2 高麗菜,馬鈴薯,紅蘿蔔,培根切小塊,蒜切成末,備用.

3 鍋子內放入奶油,將洋蔥放入拌炒,開小火慢慢的炒,讓每絲洋蔥均勻的沾到奶油,然後不停地拌炒,以免洋蔥燒焦.

4 炒至洋蔥變色,變軟,備用.

5 蒜末爆香,加入高麗菜炒至軟,備用.
馬鈴薯及紅蘿蔔燙軟,偏用.

6 將所有食材加在一起.

7 加入約1000cc的水,及醬油、雞湯塊、月桂葉,煮至滾,再等2-3分鐘就可起鍋‧
